When will I be charged for my order?

When you place an order with NORTH, we’ll first authorize your credit card to make sure there is sufficient credit available and then place a hold on your card for an amount equal to your order, until your order has shipped. Your card will only be charged after your order has shipped.

Will tax be applied to my order?

Yes, NORTH is required by law to charge applicable sales tax. Tax will be calculated at time of checkout, and is based on where your order will be shipped to and the nature of the product.

Can I place my order through email?

We are unable to place your order via email.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing orders immediately so once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. For further inquiries please call email us at info@madeinnorth.comBe sure to have your order number on hand when you call.

How do I track my package?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for your package(s).

Are the items in my shopping bag guaranteed to be available?

Our goal is to provide accurate inventory information, however items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may sell out before you check out.

I received notification that an item I’ve ordered is out of stock. What happens next?

Your order has been cancelled and your account will not be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you’re interested in placing another order please email us at info@madeinnorth.com.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

How long can I keep items in my shopping bag?

Items will continue to appear in your shopping bag for up to 30 days, unless it becomes out of stock, at which point the item will be removed. Remember that items in your shopping bag are not reserved.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Standard Shipping: within 1-7 business days when order is placed by 1pm ET
Express: within 1-2 business days when order is placed by 1pm ET

Allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations. Shipping times may be also impacted by weather conditions and other uncontrollable factors.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CREDITS

What is your return and exchange policy?

NORTH is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with original tags purchased from madeinnorth.com. With the original receipt you may return for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of your purchase date. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. Please email info@madeinnorth.com for return Instructions.


PRICING POLICY

What is your pricing policy?

We aim to be accurate in the prices listed on canadagoose.com. There are times, however, when errors occur in product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to limit orders if inventory runs low due to overwhelming orders. We also reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

What is NORTH’s warranty and repairs policy?

When your garment requires cleaning, be sure to closely follow the directions on the contents label on the inside of the garment. A well looked-after NORTH outerwear garment will easily last for more than a decade, if not a lifetime.
Down-Insulated: When your down-filled parka requires cleaning, it is important that you take it to a dry cleaner and that you do not machine wash it. If your parka has a removable fur option, remove the fur ruff before dry cleaning. If you have a small stain on your parka, another option is to spot-wash the parka with a bleach-free detergent and water.

NORTH products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, to keep you fashionable and protect you in weather conditions. Our products are built to last and we stand behind each one. Every NORTH product purchased from an authorized retailer is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or we may choose to replace it. This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the product has been tailored or altered in any way. For purposes of this Warranty, “Lifetime of the Product” means the usual and customary wearable life of the product by the original owner.


PRODUCT CARE:

How do I clean my NORTH garment?

If your NORTH garment needs to be cleaned, be sure to find a reputable dry cleaner who is experienced with down-filled garments and ensure they follow the cleaning instructions found on our website. If your jacket has a removable fur trim, remove the fur before cleaning. If the fur is not removable, ensure the dry cleaner does not treat the fur trim during the cleaning process, as it may shrink or damage the fur.
